Weather plays a pivotal role in ensuring a great release experience. While our birds are hearty and intelligent creatures, shifting weather patterns can easily throw them off their flight routes. For this reason we must insist that releases do not happen when the weather is inclement. If your planned release is cancelled due to inclement weather all money paid in advance will be returned within one business day.

Our birds will only be released outside where there is adequate room for them to take off and fly freely. This area should be unimpeded of trees and power lines, as well as items like balloons and other animals.

White Doves Unlimited provides a trained handler at every release location to assist with the release. These employees are experienced animal handlers and will always be dressed in situation appropriate attire.

Payment can be handled before or after the release. We accept Cash as well as Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal for larger orders. No checks will be accepted as payment. We ask that payment be handled quickly and discreetly as not disrupt the service.
